Supervisor Engineering

Tanggung Jawab

• Create and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all hotel and villa assets.
• Ensure all facilities are always safe and ready for use.
• Reduce downtime through routine inspections and preventative measures.
• Monitor the condition of buildings, rooms, villas, public areas, restaurants, offices, and back-of-house.
• Ensure all facilities meet boutique hotel quality standards.
• Monitor pool water quality.
• Ensure pool machines and filtration systems are operating properly.
• Handle guest complaints related to technical facilities.
• Provide prompt responses in accordance with service standards.
• Manage engineering inventory.
• Control the use of spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Manage engineering work schedules.
• Provide coaching to Engineering Technicians.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor or at least 5 years as Engineering Staff in a hotel, resort, or villa;
• Experience managing boutique hotels, luxury villas, or hospitality is preferred;
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Able to create preventative maintenance schedules;
• Able to troubleshoot quickly and accurately;
• Capable of analyzing facility damage;
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Cost awareness (able to control spare part usage and maintenance costs);
