• We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as an
• Supervisor Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager (Assistant FAT Manager).

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 3–5years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, taxation regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Experienced in preparing financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax reporting.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax, and other tax reporting systems).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software (SAP, Odoo, Accurate, Oracle, or similar systems).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

Jobdesk

• Assist the FAT Manager in overseeing daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Supervise the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Treasury functions.
• Ensure all tax calculations, payments, and reporting are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Coordinate tax audits and financial audits with external auditors and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, taxation laws, and company policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial processes.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting financial documents.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and performance reports for management decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding budgeting, financial planning, and expense control.
• Support the FAT Manager in developing and mentoring the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team.
• Participate in ERP implementation, financial system improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager or Management.
