- Coordinating the day-to-day activities from PO, display, delivery goods, complaint, and other matters related Customer operational
- Ensuring the operational of each team does their part in supporting the M&G Company achieve its objectives.
- Support Customer by conducting high-level selling
- Conduct market analysis and make long-term and short-term work plans
- Provide reports to Sales Director like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, new customers’ on-boarded reports.
- Assist Sales Director or other team to ensure adequate client communication (Translator), maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities.
- Evaluate & Monitoring performance of the sales and seek ways to improve the team’s performance
- Monitoring & Maintain Customer’s Account Recievable
