• to join our dynamic Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics team. This is a
• full-time position
• based in
• Tangerang, Banten

. In this supervisory role, you will oversee the Pre-Pressing and Casting (PPC) export operations, ensuring that all production targets are met whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, managing workflows, and ensuring compliance with export regulations and company policies. This position is integral to our export operations and directly impacts our ability to deliver products to international customers on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the PPC (Production Planning and Control) department, ensuring production targets and deadlines are consistently met

• Create a Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on production requirements and demand forecasts
• Develop Production Schedules based on production timelines, routing, and planned production quantities to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure Products are completed and delivered on time by monitoring production performance
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production staff, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback
• Coordinate with export logistics teams to ensure products are properly packaged, labelled, and prepared for international shipment
• What we're looking for
• Proven supervisory or team leader experience within a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within 5+ years
• Min Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Industrial Management)
• Experienced in creating a Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Fluency in English is a must and Fluency in Japanese is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of ERP system
• Proficiency in Continous Improvement Systems (Kaizen, PDCA, Lean Manufacturing)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Preferably, experience in fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) or composite manufacturing is a plus
