About the role
Supervise daily expedition operational activities, manage and monitor driver and fleet activities, and ensure delivery processes run safely, on time, and according to SOP. Monitor vehicle departures and arrivals, handle operational obstacles in the field, coordinate with drivers, customers, warehouse, and related teams, evaluate driver and operational performance, and create reports and monitor operational achievement.

- About you
- Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Logistics, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as Expedition SPV / Logistics SPV
- Understand expedition operations and transportation
- Experienced in arranging and supervising drivers, fleet, and operational activities
- Understand pickup, delivery, loading/unloading, and distribution processes
- Able to monitor travel and ensure delivery runs according to target
- Able to handle operational obstacles and problem solving
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Able to create operational reports and monitor KPI
- Disciplined, responsible, firm, and able to work under pressure
