Supervise the daily operations of the raw material and packaging material warehouse to ensure efficient receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control.
- Ensure timely receipt, unloading, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials according to production schedules.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity while ensuring proper material identification, labeling, and traceability
Coordinate with Procurement, Production Planning, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material replenishment and efficient warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading warehouse or materials management teams.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Accurate, or similar warehouse management systems) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes.
