About the role
PT Agro Dynamics Indo is an agribusiness company seeking a Supervisor Marketing for placement in Jambi. The role involves overseeing marketing strategies and sales activities in the agribusiness and agricultural equipment sector.
- Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for both digital (online) and offline channels
- Monitor the execution of marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness
- Manage customer relationships and maintain an updated database of potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with industry players at various scales
- Achieve sales and marketing targets
- Conduct field sales activities outside the city as needed
- About you
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Sales & Marketing in the agribusiness and agricultural equipment sector
- Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Agriculture
- Strong knowledge of the assigned city/region
- Proficient in developing marketing strategies for both digital and offline channels
- Skilled in monitoring strategy implementation and measuring marketing effectiveness
- Possess an updated database of potential customers
- Have established relationships with industry players
- Own vehicle required
- Active driving license (SIM A & C)
- Willing to travel outside the city for work
