About the role
SPV Technician position in the Pest Control field, based in Karawaci, Tangerang. The role involves leading and developing a team of Pest Control technicians, ensuring all work is executed according to company SOPs and quality standards, and maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and develop the performance of the Pest Control technician team
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with SOP and company quality standards
- Conduct inspections, monitoring, evaluation, and planning of field work
- Prepare routine operational reports to management and clients
- Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the operational team to ensure all services run effectively and on time
- About you
- Minimum D3 education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pest Control field
- Technical Responsibility Certificate (PJT) / Certificate from the Health Department is an added value
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
