Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with IATF 16949 requirements and its core tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA).
- Able to manage NC product and lead supplier root cause investigation.
- Able to analyze and establish Quality Report (8D report, why-why analysis, etc.).
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong in communication and relationship building abilities.
- High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset.
Job Overview
Lead of PPAP audit, supplier audit before batch manufacture, production capacity assessment.
Responsible for controlling suppliers, analyze supplier quality performance, support other departments related to quality control points raw materials and timely delivery rate.
- Participate in setting up the annual supplier overall quality target and promotion plan.
- Responsible for promoting suppliers' quality management, participate in establish and improve management standard, process and methods.
- Confirm supplier responsibility of compensation due to the quality issue and perform a quality claim.
- Assigned tasks related to the job as required.
