Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Logistic Transport or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• in procurement or supply chain management
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered
• Strong attention to detail with a neat and organized working style
• Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking)
• Willing to be employed on a 1 year contract basis

Job Description

• Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain price quotations
• Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders
• Maintain procurement files, vendor lists and documentation in an organized manner
• Follow up with vendors on delivery schedules, order confirmation and required documents
• Compare quotations and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and lead time
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Procurement Supervisor or Supply Chain Manager
