Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding delivery timelines and any potential delays

• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies to optimise delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments for audit and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with other teams to coordinate order fulfilment
• Handle issues, including disputes, with attention to detail and regulatory compliance
• Support the development and implementation of supply chain procedures and best practices

Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipment status, customs requirements and any regulatory changes that may impact their operations

• What we're looking for
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor, majoring in Logistics / Transportation Management / Management will be an advantageous
• A background in logistics, supply chain management or a related certification would be advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Logistics or Supply Chain sectors
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling compliance documentation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with customs authorities, clients and internal teams

• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a willingness to adapt
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational issues
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
• Have a willingness to always fast response & proactively updating the current situation
• Leave around North or Center Jakarta will be advantageous
