- Job Responsibilities
- Manage TikTok Shop & Shopee Indonesia ERP operations, ensuring accurate order, inventory, and logistics synchronization.
- Build, maintain, and optimize ERP workflows, including inventory syncing, oversell prevention, and automation settings.
- Coordinate with Indonesia local warehouses (Jakarta/Tangerang) for inbound, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Plan replenishment based on sales forecast and inventory turnover to prevent stockout or overstock.
- Track platform order status, shipping progress, and after-sales issues; communicate with warehouse and operations teams for resolution.
- Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reports (sales, inventory, order performance).
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, logistics, and supply-chain teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor Indonesia's local logistics services and warehouse policies to support stable operations.
Requirements
- Fluent in English communication & Mandarin
- 3+ years of ERP / warehouse/supply chain experience in e-commerce.
- Proficient in Jubelio, BigSeller, and Qerp (at least two systems).
- Familiar with TikTok Shop & Shopee Indonesia operational processes.
- Experience working with Indonesian warehouses, understanding pick-pack-ship workflow.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- High ownership, problem-solving ability, and execution capability.
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce companies or local fulfillment centers
- Familiar with Indonesian logistics providers (J&T, JNE, SiCepat, etc.).
