- Key responsibilities
- Analyze sales, market trends, and seasonality to forecast demand accurately
- Utilize tools to refine commercial forecasts with distributors and channels
- Convert demand plans into supply plans, managing daily supplies to minimize waste
- Review production and storage capacities to handle fluctuating demand
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and plant teams to achieve targets
- Manage demand review meetings within the S&OP process
- Oversee phase-in-phase-out (PIPO) to ensure product availability and minimize waste
- Develop and review team performance through coaching and mentoring
- Foster a collaborative and synergistic corporate culture
- About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics
- 6-8 Years in Demand & Supply Planning Field
- Proven 3 years in managerial level
- Experienced in FMCG Industry
- Proficient in Forecasting / Demand Modelling, Statistical Tools, and Inventory Management
