System Analyst (must experience as System Analyst & developer)

We are currently looking for an experienced System Analyst (Technical System Analyst) whom previously experienced in leading a small team of software development//software engineer/programmer.

Please note that the position is a hybrid role, we require local people (or ready to work onsite in Malang with Hybrid mode).

Requirements

Maximum 35 years old.

Must have experience as a System Analyst or in a related field with at least 2 years of previous experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer.

Experience in planning, designing, estimating, and executing software development to ensure proper delivery to customers.

Experience leading a technical team (3–5 members), mentoring team members, and ensuring work is completed according to business requirements.

• Experience in business and technical analysis to translate client and internal business needs into technical specifications.
• Understanding of analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or UML Diagrams.
• Understanding of basic DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, deployment).
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile mindset, and Scrum framework.
• Able to communicate clearly, accurately, and effectively both verbally and in writing.

In-depth knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed frameworks, and enthusiasm for the latest technology developments.

• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a highly adaptive environment.
• Reside/domicile in Malang (or willing to work onsite in Malang - with hybrid set)

Job Description

• Perform tech-engineering tasks to support the technical team in achieving the company’s business objectives.
• Lead, manage, and train the technical team in system development.
• Design systems to improve efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality, and usability of the company’s products.
• Possess a deep understanding of software architecture, operating systems, and networks.

Collaborate with the technical team to define benchmarks, standardization, technical standards, and other mechanisms for non-functional requirements.

• Work with users and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Create tools and resources that help the team work more efficiently and effectively.
