Responsibilities
- Conduct Business Requirement Analysis and gather user and business needs (BRD, FSD)
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Support software and solution design aligned with business objectives
- Analyze and improve existing business processes
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders using Agile ways of working
- Assist in delivering innovative IT solutions to meet organizational needs
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major, with experience in IT
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a System Analyst
- Basic understanding of banking business flow or experience in banking IT
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL
- Basic knowledge of system administration, programming languages, and applications
