We are seeking a talented and experienced System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing our enterprise-wide ERP system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful integration and utilization of the ERP system. Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the ERP system.

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.

Design and configure the ERP system to meet specific business needs, including customizations, workflows, and integrations with other systems.

• Work closely with ERP implementation teams to oversee system installation, testing, and training activities.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, data models, and system configurations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the ERP system, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in ERP systems and technology, and make recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and functionality (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
