• Urgent HIRING: System Analyst & UI/UX Designer – Banking Project (Hybrid Role, 12 Month Contract)

We are looking for a System Analyst & UI/UX Designer to support the development and enhancement of banking applications under the IM-SOLUTION suite, including IM-HOTS, IM-MON, IM-DISTRO, and related modules. This role combines system analysis, business requirements gathering, process modelling, and user interface design to deliver functional and user-friendly banking solutions.

• 📍 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience: 1–2 years in the IT industry.
• Familiar with business requirement gathering and documentation, including BRD, FSD, and SRS.
• Understanding of UML, BPMN, flowcharts, use cases, REST APIs, JSON, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design systems.
• Knowledge of user research, user journey mapping, information architecture, responsive design, and usability testing.
• Familiar with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and basic web/mobile development concepts.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.

• System Analysis
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRD/FSD/SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Define functional workflows, API requirements, and system integration specifications.
• Coordinate with developers and QA for requirement clarification, UAT, and implementation.
• UI/UX Design
• Conduct user interviews and workflow analysis to identify user needs.
