Job Description
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux & Windows Server environments.
- Monitor system, server, and network performance and handle technical incidents.
- Support infrastructure across on-premise, virtualization, and cloud environments.
- Perform basic automation/scripting and support Docker/Kubernetes environments.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with related teams in handling infrastructure and system issues.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux and comfortable working with CLI.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, Firewall).
- Understanding of Windows Server, server management, and OS troubleshooting.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with English proficiency (written & spoken).
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
- Basic Bash/Python scripting is a plus.
- RHCSA certification is strongly preferred; CKA or Network certification is an advantage.
- Open for Junior–Mid Level candidates who are willing to learn and work collaboratively.
