System Engineer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Having 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with Geneos or any application monitoring products.
• Understand monitoring tools principles and having hands-on experience configuring monitoring parameters (e.g., Geneos/ BMC Helix/ Entuity/ DynaTrace/ Splunk/ Prometheus/ DataDog/ ManageEngine, etc.).
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience for multiple server OS (e.g., Linux/ Unix/ Windows/ AS400, etc.) and Database (e.g., Oracle/ SQL/ MariaDB, etc.).
• Able to communicate in English professionally — verbal and written (Fluent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• Will be placed at Banking Company.
