Qualifications
- Proven working experience in Cyber Security Products (Endpoint and Server Protection, XDR, SASE) deployment and maintenance for at least
- 2 years
- Knowledge and experiences in Windows Server 2012 or later (Active Directory, ADFS)
- Networking knowledge including being familiar with the TCP/IP v4 and v6 protocol, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, ICMP.
- Ability to seek solutions to problems using one’s own resource
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including create an activity report for product installation or maintenance
- Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing
- Positive attitude, eager to take responsibility for work and shows initiative
- Knowledge and experiences on any network products (Firewall, IPS) are advantages
- Any certifications on Cyber Security are advantages
- Knowledge on Desktop Virtualization is an advantage
- Knowledge on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x or later is an advantage
