Tanggung Jawab

• Training & Casting Host Live streaming
• Creating a daily Host Schedule.
• Monitoring and giving detailed briefs to the host before and during the live.
• Recap all host payment details per month .
• Evaluating host performance based on live metrics, engagement, and sales conversion targets.
• Managing back-up hosts and handling urgent scheduling changes or on-air troubleshooting.

Kualifikasi

• Proficient / Familiar with Google Sheet, Google Docs, Google Slides, Etc
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
• Initiative and responsiveness
• Good communication skill
• Having experience is a plus
• Having hosted live streaming is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, or weekends if required by live streaming schedules.
• Familiarity with live commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) and live dashboard analytics.
