Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation, preferably with supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, tax compliance procedures, and accounting standards.
• Proven ability to independently manage and review corporate accounting and tax assignments.
• Experience with tax calculations, tax planning, financial statement preparation, and tax reporting.
• Familiarity with Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and other relevant Indonesian tax systems.

Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English in a professional working environment.

• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Experience serving corporate clients in trading, manufacturing, distribution, or other industries is an advantage.
• Experience working with Chinese-invested companies or handling cross-border accounting and taxation projects is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications & Additional Advantages

The following qualifications will be considered a plus

• Mandarin proficiency, both spoken and written, is an advantage when communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Brevet A & B certification or other recognized professional tax certifications.
• Professional accounting certifications, such as CA, CPA, or other relevant qualifications.
• Additional certifications or training in taxation, accounting, financial reporting, or tax advisory.
• Experience using accounting software such as Accurate or other relevant systems.
• Previous experience in an accounting, tax, or business consulting firm.
• Candidates with strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and relevant professional certifications are encouraged to apply.
