- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional tax certification (Brevet A & B/C or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, employee taxation, and payroll processes.
- Experience with payroll systems and tax reporting tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
