Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to nurture and guide young children in their early learning journey. The teacher will plan and implement age-appropriate lessons, foster social and emotional growth, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving through play and structured activities.
• Assess and document children’s progress and share updates with parents/guardians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive classroom.
• Collaborate with teaching colleagues and admin to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
• Teaching certification (if any).
• Previous experience working with young children preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
