- Lead and manage the verification team, providing direction, support, and coaching to team members.
- Oversee the verification process for new clients to ensure timely and thorough completion of all documentation and compliance measures.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Compliance and Risk Management, to align on verification standards and procedures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline verification operations.
- Develop training programs for team members to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and analyses on team performance, trends, and areas of concern for senior management.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues related to client verification and resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a verification, compliance, or operations role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of the forex industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices in client verification.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with verification software/tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
