- Technical Project Manager
- who can effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with customers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks for the development team.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to management and clients.
- Support solution design discussions and provide technical guidance when necessary.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by providing excellent project leadership and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience
- as a Project Manager in software development or IT implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, databases, APIs, and software implementation.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively communicate with developers and customers.
- Experience managing enterprise software implementation projects is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
- Willing to travel for customer meetings and project implementation when required.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP, Broadcast, Media, or Enterprise Software projects.
- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, cloud infrastructure, and networking concepts.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
