Job Description
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers and projects.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting.
- Identify problems and provide practical technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and supervise product applications.
- Provide technical training to applicators, contractors, and customers.
- Support the Sales team in handling technical customer and project requirements.
- Identify business opportunities through technical support activities.
- Prepare simple reports for site visits, complaints, training, and technical activities.
- Maintain records of technical cases and solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in
- Civil Engineering, Construction, Materials Engineering
- , or a related field.
- 2–3 years
- of experience in Technical Support, Application Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction, or related fields.
- Experience in
- building materials or construction products
- is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction and product application.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to conduct product demonstrations and training.
- Customer-oriented and able to work with Sales teams.
- Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
