Position Objective
Provide document translation support and cross-language communication throughout the infrastructure audit process, particularly regarding international standards and technical documents.
Key Responsibilities
Translate project technical documents (audit reports, technical specifications, international standards, working drawings) between English and Indonesian
- Serve as an interpreter during coordination meetings with foreign parties (clients, vendors, international experts) as needed
- Ensure consistency of technical terminology relevant to infrastructure and railway fields
- Perform proofreading and quality checks on translated documents produced by the team
- Develop a project-specific technical glossary for use by the entire team
- Maintain confidentiality of client documents in accordance with project policy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English Literature or Linguistics, preferably with a portfolio of technical infrastructure translation
- ≥3 years of technical/engineering translation experience
- Holds a certified linguist/translator certification
