Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
- Have experience min 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer in IT/Telecommunication/Software Engineering.
- Familiar with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, ISO 27001, and ITIL.
- Proficient in Confluence, Notion, MS Office, Google Workspace.
- Familiar with Draw.io, Visio, Git, Postman, and Swagger.
- Excellent Indonesian and technical English writing skills.
- Able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
- Willing to fully WFO
