Technician

About the role

Responsible for handling incoming coffee machines, starting from condition inspection and Quality Control (QC) to ensure machines function properly and meet standards. The Technician is also tasked with performing repairs or troubleshooting when damage is found, as well as conducting installation, setting, and testing of machines at customer locations. Additionally, the Technician is responsible for maintenance and servicing of machines at customer sites, ensuring machines can operate optimally, and providing technical support when issues arise during use.

• Key responsibilities
• Handle incoming coffee machines and perform condition inspection and Quality Control (QC)
• Perform repairs or troubleshooting when damage is found
• Conduct installation, setting, and testing of machines at customer locations
• Perform maintenance and service of machines at customer sites
• Ensure machines operate optimally and provide technical support when issues arise
• About you
• Basic understanding of electronics
• Able to read and understand wiring diagrams
• Troubleshooting and equipment/machine repair capabilities
• Experience as a technician, particularly on coffee machines, F&B machines, electrical, or similar equipment
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability
• Responsible and ready to perform technical work
