About the role
This role involves providing technical repair and maintenance services for PCs, laptops, and printers, including on-site visits to customer locations and diagnostic analysis of hardware and software issues.
- Key responsibilities
- Perform repairs on PCs, laptops, and printers
- Visit customer locations to conduct PC, laptop, and printer repairs
- Conduct analysis of software and hardware damage
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the respective supervisor
- About you
- Minimum SMK/D3 qualification in Computer Engineering or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year experience as a laptop/printer technician
- Proficiency in hardware and software
- Class C driving licence
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Good discipline and communication skills
- High loyalty and commitment to work
