About the role

PT BUMIMAS MULTIKARYA PERKASA (BMP Bali) is seeking communicative, active, and target-oriented candidates for a Telemarketing position. You will be responsible for communicating with customers via telephone and WhatsApp, offering building materials and sanitation products, and helping increase company sales.

• Key responsibilities
• Contact prospective and existing customers via telephone and WhatsApp

Offer company products, including PVC doors, UPVC doors, aluminium doors, UPVC roofing, PVC ceiling, WPC wall panels, toilets, water tanks, and other building materials

• Conduct follow-up with prospective customers and provided offers
• Provide customers with product information, pricing, promotions, and product availability
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
• Record customer database, telemarketing activities, and follow-up results
• Help achieve company sales targets
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and administration teams regarding customer orders
• About you
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Good communication skills and confidence speaking over the telephone
• Able to use WhatsApp and basic Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to offer products and conduct customer follow-up
• Target-oriented with high work motivation
• Thorough, disciplined, honest, and responsible
• Able to work individually and in teams
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
