About the Role
We're looking for a Telemarketing Representative to reach out to prospective clients and generate leads for our HR software (HRIS) and smart display solutions.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calling & lead follow-up)
- Qualify leads and set appointments/product demos for the sales team
- Give a basic explanation of our products and services to prospects
- Update call logs and lead status in the CRM/system
- Hit daily/weekly call and appointment targets
- Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for follow-ups
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, confident speaking on the phone
- Good command of English (clients across Southeast Asia)
- High school diploma or Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of HR software or smart display solutions is a plus — training provided
