Tenant Relation Supervisor

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tenant Relations, Apartment/Residential Property Management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of apartment operations, tenant management, lease administration, fit-out & handover processes, and building regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; experienced in handling tenant complaints and coordinating with internal teams/vendors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PMS, ERP, or CRM systems is a plus.
