Job Description

Support the preparation and submission of all required corporate filings and compliance documents.

Conduct regular compliance reviews with the TH team and Corporate Secretary to ensure all legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations are met.

• Maintain complete and accurate tax files and perform regular tax filing to tax consultant.
• Organize and maintain company documents, contracts, and records both digital and physical.
• Manage daily office operations, including procurement of supplies, correspondence, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure timely tax payments by coordinating with the Corporate Secretary and Finance team to avoid penalties.
• Monitor expenditures, reimbursements, and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Support and coordinate the hiring process for a qualified local accountant responsible for managing finance and accounting operations.
• Coordinate and provide administrative support for HR activities, while also assisting the Director and Finance team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative, HR, or finance support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of Thailand compliance, Taxation, and accounting practices.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and timemanagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
