About the role

A Therapist position in Beauty & Wellness providing facial treatments, body massage, spa treatments, and other beauty care services according to company standard operating procedures.

• Key responsibilities
• Perform facial treatments, body massage, spa treatments, and other beauty care services in accordance with company SOP
• Greet customers in a friendly manner, analyse their skin or body needs, and recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Maintain cleanliness, neatness, and sterility of treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after sessions
• Record customer treatment history and ensure product stock availability in treatment areas
• About you

Minimum 1 year experience as a Therapist in a spa, beauty salon, or aesthetic clinic (recent graduates from Beauty/Cosmetology vocational schools are welcome to apply)

• Good basic knowledge of massage techniques and beauty products
• Clean, attractive, neat appearance and good personal hygiene
• Good communication skills, friendly demeanor, and service-oriented approach
• Willing to work shift systems, including weekends and public holidays
