About the role
PT Tour Guide Indonesia is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Tour Consultant to help travelers bring their travel plans to life. In this role, you will understand each customer's travel needs, preferences, and budget, then recommend suitable destinations, tour packages, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
- Key responsibilities
- Understand each customer's travel needs, preferences, and budget
- Recommend suitable destinations, tour packages, accommodation, transportation, and activities
- Prepare engaging itineraries and clear quotations
- Explain package details and booking terms
- Follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales targets
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate customer and booking records
- Coordinate with operations team and travel partners to ensure arrangements are confirmed
- Follow up on payments and provide pre-departure information
- Help customers navigate changes or resolve concerns throughout their travel journey
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing attentive service, gathering post-trip feedback, and encouraging repeat business
- Keep destination knowledge current and report on sales and customer inquiries
