Trainer Executive - Samsung by MAP

Job Description

• As a Trainer, you will play a key role in developing the capabilities of our
• Samsung by MAP Stores
• by delivering engaging training programs, ensuring product knowledge excellence, and supporting sales performance across stores.
• Key Responsibilities
• Deliver induction training for new employees, covering both soft skills and product knowledge (Apple & Android ecosystem).

Conduct product launch training sessions to ensure store teams are equipped with the latest product features, benefits, and selling techniques.

• Facilitate refresher training programs for focus products and end-of-life (EOL) products to maintain product knowledge consistency.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of training outcomes through regular store visits and field coaching.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support for stores requiring additional assistance in sales execution and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with brand principals and business partners to organize training activities and product knowledge sessions.
• Manage and maintain training-related platforms and learning accounts, including SEED for Apple programs.

Develop training materials, learning content, and engagement initiatives such as product feature competitions and knowledge-sharing activities.

Support the development of product specialists, including Android Experts, to drive category growth and sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Retail Training, Product Training, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of consumer electronics, smartphones, gadgets, or technology products is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Comfortable conducting both classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Willing to travel frequently for store visits and field coaching activities.
• Proactive, energetic, and passionate about developing people.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
