Transport Supervisor (English Speaker)

Develop and oversee transportation policies, procedures, and programs to ensure safe and efficient transportation operations

Manage and coordinate the transportation department's daily activities, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching of vehicles and drivers

Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations related to transportation, including driver qualification, vehicle maintenance, and hours of service

Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings

Collaborate with other departments to ensure transportation needs are met, including coordinating with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of goods

• Ensure that all transportation-related documentation, such as bills of lading and delivery receipts, are accurate and complete
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to transportation management
• Responsible to all KPIs
• Organization of Inbound, Outbound, Handling,Inventory, and Delivery, Personnel appointment and removal
• Coordinate with customers, been the channel and contact person, earn customer satisfaction
• Deal with and report emergency issues to managements
• Other assignments given by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.(Logistics engineering , Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors preferred)
• Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint ) .
• Work experience: At least 5-year operational experience in a similar role within the auto parts companies.
• Personal Character: Diligent, conscientious, good communication and independent problem solving skills, Good Team work ability.
