- Fluent In English both verbal and written (Mandarin Language ability is a PLUS)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of organization and attention
- Good Communication and Using Good Articulation skill with Emphatic/Sympathetic Response to building warm relationshio with customer
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Capable of Serving Request for Hotel Vouchers, Tour Packages & Travel Documents.
- Familiar & Certified with/ for Galileo, Abacus, Sabre, Althea Reservation System.
- Demonstrated Expertise in Travel and Tourism Industry
