FamilyTravel.id is looking for a Family Travel Expert / Designer who is passionate about travel and loves turning ideas into thoughtfully crafted journeys.

As a Family Travel Expert, you will be the dedicated travel advisor for our clients—from the first conversation about where they want to go, to designing their private itinerary and helping ensure everything comes together beautifully.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• ✦ Get to know each family—their interests, preferences, travel style, pace, and expectations.
• ✦ Recommend destinations, hotels, dining, experiences, and activities that everyone in the family can enjoy.
• ✦ Design personalized, private itineraries from beginning to end.
• ✦ Balance the needs of children, parents, grandparents, and different generations traveling together.
• ✦ Research destinations and continuously discover exceptional new travel experiences.
• ✦ Work with hotels, airlines, guides, DMCs, attractions, restaurants, and other travel partners.
• ✦ Present travel proposals and refine itineraries together with clients.
• ✦ Become the family's trusted point of contact before, during, and after their journey.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a great fit if you

• Have strong knowledge of international travel and destinations.
• Have personally traveled extensively and genuinely love discovering new places.
• Understand what makes a great hotel, experience, restaurant, and itinerary.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are highly organized and attentive to details.
• Enjoy listening to clients and turning their ideas into something exceptional.
• Have a strong sense of hospitality and service.
• Can think creatively beyond standard tour packages.
• Are comfortable communicating in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury hospitality, airlines, concierge services, or tour operations is preferred.
• But more importantly, we're looking for someone with curiosity, taste, empathy, and a genuine passion for creating memorable journeys.
