- Source and develop B2B clients such as Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, DMCs, and OTA Platforms
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- 🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Result-driven and target-oriented
- Strong B2B Sales & Business Development skills
- Experienced in lead generation, client acquisition & deal closing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good at account and relationship management
- Able to manage sales pipeline independently
- Experience in Travel/Tourism/OTA/DMC is preferred
- Existing travel-industry client network is a strong plus
- Bahasa Indonesia + English (Must) Mandarin language is point plus
