Treasury Manager

Job Description

• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow projections to ensure effective financial management.
• Manage working capital to support operational requirements and company investment plans.
• Develop and implement fund management strategies while minimizing the company's financial risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and external stakeholders, including non-bank financial institutions and vendors.
• Prepare and submit periodic cash flow reports to the Head of Finance Group.
• Provide periodic Treasury KPI reports to the Head of Finance Group.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including leveraging technological advancements and digitalization, to enhance operational effectiveness and resource efficiency.

• Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous development programs at the Unit Head level.
• Ensure HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies are effectively implemented and adhered to within the workplace.
• Carry out and complete assignments and responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Treasury Section Head.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting processes, and banking products.
• Familiarity with corporate accounting software, with SAP experience being highly preferred.
• Understanding of logistics business processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
