About the role
This is a tutor position at Hexxa Academy where you will teach assigned subjects and student levels. You will prepare learning materials and lesson plans, monitor and evaluate student learning progress, and maintain professional communication with students and parents.
- Key responsibilities
- Teach according to assigned subject and student level
- Prepare materials and learning plans
- Monitor and evaluate student learning progress
- Provide feedback on student development to the academic team
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents
- Follow teaching standards and provisions set by Hexxa Academy
- Complete learning reports and other academic administration as needed
- Teach online, offline, and/or home visit according to student needs
- About you
- Minimum S1 degree or final-year student from a major relevant to the subject taught
- Good understanding of the subject matter
- Teaching, tutoring, or private lesson experience is a plus
- Able to adapt teaching methods to each student's needs and abilities
- Patient, responsible, communicative, and professional
- Creative in delivering material to make learning engaging and interactive
- Able to work independently and maintain good communication with students, parents, and academic team
- Willing to teach online, offline, and/or home visit as needed
- Able to commit to agreed teaching schedule
