• with strong Figma proficiency, product thinking and a clear visual design sense to join our product and delivery team.

In this role, you will design user-friendly web and mobile experiences, build practical design systems, and collaborate with Product Owners, Project Coordinators and Developers to deliver high-quality digital products for international clients.

• Work in a fast-growing IT Solutions company in Southeast Asia, collaborating with global clients across markets such as Singapore, Australia, the UK and Europe.
• Join real web and mobile product design projects, from understanding requirements and user flows to UI design, prototype, handoff and improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Coordinators, Developers and Designers in a practical IT project workflow.
• Develop your UI/UX and product design capability through real projects, feedback, mentorship and internal knowledge-sharing activities.
• Have a clear growth path in UI/UX and Product Design, with opportunities to take on more complex scopes based on performance and business needs.
• Your Responsibilities
• UI/UX design execution
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and UI screens for web and mobile products based on project requirements and user needs.
• Translate business goals and product requirements into clear, practical and visually consistent design solutions.
• Design system and design handoff
• Build, maintain and document reusable UI components, design guidelines, templates and asset files for project delivery.
• Prepare clear design handoff in Figma and coordinate with Developers to ensure the implemented product follows the approved design.
• Collaboration and feedback
• Work with senior designers, Product Owners, Project Coordinators and Developers to clarify requirements, gather feedback and improve design output.
• Support discussion and adjustment when UX/UI issues arise during development, review or product demo.
• Research and design improvement
• Research related products, user behavior, design references and market trends to support better design decisions.
• Explore and apply suitable AI tools in the design workflow to improve productivity, idea generation and design quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design is preferred..
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma is required, especially Auto Layout, Components, Variables and Dev Mode.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite such as Illustrator, Photoshop or After Effects is a plus; experience using AI tools in the design workflow is also a plus.
• A portfolio demonstrating professional UI/UX design work for web and/or mobile platforms is required.
• Good communication, teamwork and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read and understand English materials; good English communication is an advantage.
