SATUVISION is a Global Performance Boutique. We don’t sell services, we engineer growth infrastructure. Specializing in high-stakes environments, we replace market chaos with data-driven certainty.
As a boutique agency, we are selective by design. We partner with a limited roster of global brands to ensure every strategy is led by senior experts and validated by clinical data analysis. We move beyond vanity metrics to focus on the only numbers that define success: measurable ROI and sustainable profitability.
At SATUVISION, performance is not pressure. It is the result of thinking more clearly than the competition.
“Together as one, we deliver great data-driven results. We believe in a “work hard, disconnect fully” philosophy. We are data-driven, collaborative, and respectful. Arrogance has no place in our team; we value direct communication and accountability.
Job Brief
As a Junior UX/UI Designer at SATUVISION, you are expected to execute with clinical precision and increasing independence on active client projects. You will not be building fragile, template-heavy interfaces; you will construct robust digital foundations that drive user conversion. Your role bridges the gap between creative strategy and technical execution, requiring you to deliver assets that are both aesthetically superior and functionally flawless for the development team. We expect extreme accountability, rapid problem-solving, and a zero-error mindset, even on the most basic tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver comprehensive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs utilizing tools like Figma and the Adobe Suite, ensuring strict alignment with performance-driven strategies.
Prepare meticulous design hand-offs for the web development team, ensuring all components, assets, and responsive behaviors are clearly defined for efficient coding.
Conduct data-driven UX audits on client assets to identify friction points and propose structural improvements that directly impact conversion rates.
Deliver design assets strictly on time, aligned with clinical briefs, and requiring minimal senior revision.
Maintain a Zero-Error target on fundamental design hand-offs to the development team (e.g., accurate naming conventions, optimized asset exports, clear documentation).
1-2 years of proven agency or freelance experience as a UX/UI Designer, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI layouts and responsive design execution.
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday).
