Video Content Creator & Editor
About the Role
PT PRIND SPORTS INDONESIA is looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Video Content Creator & Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content that strengthens our brand presence and supports marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
From brainstorming creative ideas to filming and editing high-quality content, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and brand awareness.
- Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Create content that follows current social media trends while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign ideas and content calendars.
- Monitor content performance and provide ideas to improve engagement, reach, and overall content effectiveness.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and raw footage.
- Ensure all content is delivered on schedule and meets the company's quality standards.
- Occasionally appear as on-screen talent or participate in content creation when needed.
- What We're Looking For
- Minimum education: High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in creating video content for social media is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video projects is required.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of videography, lighting, composition, and basic audio recording.
- Familiar with social media trends, short-form video content, and basic performance analytics.
- Ability to create content ideas based on performance insights is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera when needed is a plus.
- Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
