About the Role

NCG Media Indonesia is a Multichannel Network (MCN) focused on developing creators and brands through engaging and strategic digital content.

We’re looking for a Content Creator who can not only come up with creative ideas, but also shoot, edit, and upload videos to TikTok with high-quality results.

If you love storytelling, enjoy experimenting with TikTok trends, and have a strong creative sense — we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with NCG Media and brand partners’ strategies.
• Handle the entire video production process — from shooting to editing.
• Edit videos for TikTok using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Schedule and upload content to TikTok according to the campaign timeline.
• Ensure visual and audio quality meet brand standards.
• Monitor content performance (views, engagement, reach) and provide insights for future content improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to produce relevant and trending content.

Qualifications

• Maximum age 28 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, videography, or social media (fresh graduates with strong TikTok presence are welcome).
• Skilled in operating cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or professional smartphones).
• Strong video editing skills.
• Up to date with TikTok trends and capable of producing original, engaging ideas.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio or TikTok account showcasing previous works is a big plus.
