About the Role
- We’re looking for a
- Video Content Creator
who lives and breathes short-form video. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into engaging, high-impact video content across platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and occasional long-form YouTube content.
This role is perfect for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, hooks, and trends—and can translate complex ideas (business, tech, startups) into videos people actually want to watch.
- What You’ll Do
- Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) from concepts, scripts, or raw footage
- Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and transitions
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
- Collaborate on content ideas, scripts, and formats
- Stay up-to-date with video trends, memes, and platform algorithms
- Maintain a consistent visual and storytelling style
- Optimize videos for engagement, retention, and shares
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience creating video-first content
- Comfortable with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar
- Deep understanding of short-form video dynamics (first 3 seconds matter)
- Able to work fast and iterate quickly
- Good taste in visuals, music, pacing, and captions
- Bonus: interest in startups, business, tech, or creator economy
- Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- On-camera presence or voice-over skills
- Experience growing social accounts organically
- Motion graphics or simple animation skills
- YouTube long-form editing experience
