Job description for Video Editor at CÔNG TY TNHH MAXX COMMUNICATION
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Post-Production & Video Editing
- Cutting, editing, and modifying videos (scene arrangement, color correction, audio editing, background music, subtitle insertion...).
- Creating short videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.
- Editing videos based on existing content, including product videos, campaign videos, community videos, tutorials, and event summaries.
- Editing videos to the appropriate format for each social media platform. Post-processing for various video formats: Short videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long videos (YouTube, Facebook, business introduction videos).
2. Creative Collaboration
Collaborating with the Marketing/Content Team to enhance ideas and write scripts, striving to ensure the product conveys the correct message and achieves the best possible quality.
3. Filming & Photography
- Commitment to filming and photographing products, services, events, or content according to plan.
- Setting up the scene, lighting, sound, and equipment before and during filming.
4. Equipment Management
- Maintaining, storing, and managing the company's filming equipment.
- Storing and organizing video data in a structured manner.
- REQUIREMENTS: Skills, Knowledge & Qualification
- + A basic knowledge on IMC and the advertising industry.
+ Professional Skills: Proficient in using professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or compatible software).
- + Strong understanding of camera angles, lighting, image composition, and music rhythm (good at identifying trends).
- + Capable of working independently and effectively delegating tasks to a team.
- + Creative, not experimental, innovating video configurations.
- + Time and multi-task management skills.
- + Client service mindset.
- + Appreciation for detail and follow-through.
